To request a refund or replacement, please contact info@nurasnatched.com within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund to the original payment method

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control

NURA reserves the right to deny claims that do not provide sufficient evidence of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
